2018 – The vineyards of Syrah sit on soil composed of schist and granite with a very thin topsoil that provides excellent drainage. After manual harvest, the grapes are left to cold-macerate for three or so days; then, once de-stemmed and crushed, the fermentation proceeds for approximately three to four weeks. Only indigenous yeasts are used. There follows an elevage of eighteen to twenty-four months in barrels of varying sizes (225, 400 and 600 liters) before the wine is bottled without fining or filtration. We DO NOT ship Wine. Returns
We do not manage the stock at our warehouse and factory. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any point. It is possible that your order is out of stock when your order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If thirty days have passed after you bought your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
To be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
