Background
The Ethiopia Guji Natural comes from coffee grown in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. It is sourced from Guji Coffee Export PLC, which is run by a man named Grima Edma who has more than 20 years of experience exporting coffee from the Kercha district in this region. His full control of the process form the harvesting of the coffee cherries through their meticulous care through the washing and drying process and to the final export stage.

Mr. Edma’s meticulous attention to detail set the foundation for this coffee to be able to be developed into the clean, sweat, beautiful cup of coffee our roasting crew works with each day. They lightly roast this coffee to bring out the intense fresh blueberry and lemon notes along w/ the bright acidity that make this coffee such a pleasure to drink.
