2007 – Organic/Biodynamic. This awesome aged red blend (Tempranillo, Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon) comes from biodynamic vineyards in Alentejo. Aged for 4 years in new oak, another 3 years in stainless steel, and 6 months in bottle before being released from the winery. Despite what seems like an old vintage, this wine is young and vibrant, with notes of strawberry, sour cherry, black plum, black tea, and rose petals, with a slightly spicy, citrusy finish.
