2014 – From three different vineyards, one farmed biodynamically and the other two organically. Fermented
and aged 100% in neutral wood, 12-15% of which was new. The aromas of this wine have a wonderful freshness and lift and give lots of apple and pear fruit along with a hit of flint which is balanced by a custard richness. The acidity is prominent without being pronounced and leaves the finish dry, focused, and mouth watering.–Winemaker
