2016 – A pleasantly rich nose of blackberry, mulberry, cassis and blueberry fruits, framed by notes of cocoa and spices. Very well balanced palate of red berry fruits, red currant, cherry, backed with a peppery spice and tobacco leaf. The velvety touch of this cabernet works well to just enjoy in the glass, yet can be paired up with a teriyaki seared flank steak, roasted Muscovy duck breast w/ a cherry glaze or beef chili.–Finn
