We are lucky to again be joined on this tasting by Ryan, a Joto sake sales representative for Wisconsin. After purchasing your tasting pack, you will receive another email on Monday, June 15th with instructions on what to do next to join us, virtually, on the 19th. Note that orders containing multiple items are subject to a processing period that is based to the particular item.
Prior to shipping, we inspect the ordered items thoroughly before sending the items. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any time. It is possible that the inventory could run out once your order has been processed.
The period of time is 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order after 30 days since the purchase.
The item you purchase must be in the original packaging and be unused. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
