Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will pack your products in accordance with our exact and precise specifications. The goods you send us are checked thoroughly and secured properly prior to shipping. We ship to hundreds of thousands of customers each day across various countries. Note that orders containing multiple items are subject to a processing period that is based to the particular item.
Prior to shipping, we inspect the ordered items thoroughly before sending the items. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any time. It is possible that the inventory could run out once your order has been processed.
The period of time is 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order after 30 days since the purchase.
The item you purchase must be in the original packaging and be unused. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
