In this Cotes du Rhone it tastes like they have leaned heavily into their ace grape variety showing off the deep blue berry, black berry fruits framed with a little Grenache cherry notes, bacon fat, cocoa and spice. Very good weight to the palate with big fruit flavors and lush finish. A showy CdR to just enjoy in the glass or place it next to a spicy ribeye steak, slow roasted meat n potato, cured sausages or pheasant.
