2016 – CAMP Red is a blend of 68% Sonoma Valley Zinfandel, 16% Suisun Valley Cabernet, and 16% Potter Valley Syrah. The color has an inky, intense velvet red robe Aromas are fresh, buoyant and full of macerated strawberries, black raspberry, plum and blueberries. A mouth coating, rich red berry, fruit filled palate that has a savory texture and silky finish to the last drop. This plush, rich red would pair nicely with a barbecue pork loin, sesame soy marinated tuna grilled, or a crispy duck cracklings salad.
